Pre-Application APREP Orientation

Join our Fitness Unit as they host A-PREP Orientations, to assist potential applicants and familiarize them with the physical testing procedures. This orientation is a practical familiarization of the layout for the testing and will provide important information, helpful tips, and suggestions to achieve success.

During the orientation, attendees will be able to conduct trial runs on the Pursuit Restraint Circuit, the Léger and the equipment used for testing. Any scores generated in this orientation session will not have any impact on an applicant’s formal A-PREP test scores. Please note that attending this orientation does not constitute completion of the A-PREP testing, and applicants are required to schedule and complete their A-PREP test separately.

Please arrive ready in your workout gear (this is a physical orientation, therefore, please wear gym clothing and suitable footwear to take part in this session), and bring anything required to make notes.
